To categorize claimants based on individual characteristics according to their likelihood of successful return-to-work following various types of rehabilitation.

Objectives:

Develop a clinically useful triage model of factors associated with the treatment success for injured workers undergoing rehabilitation.

Anticipated Results:

Results will help guide decisions regarding type and timing of rehabilitation to facilitate optimal clinical and return-to-work outcomes.
