“The creation of CNESST is an important project for society and the public sector. It provided Quebec employers and workers with an integrated expertise in terms of work. This prestigious award from the IAPQ recognizes the leadership of our organization, which strives to provide high quality services to its clients”, said Manuelle Oudar, CNESST’s chair and CEO.

Among the reasons that justify this honour, it should be noted that CNESST’s clients now benefit from a consolidated website, a client relations centre and a unique and integrated reception desk, in addition to some thirty points of service which provide information on the organization’s three lines of business throughout Quebec. According to a recent survey, the satisfaction rate for CNESST’s client services is more than 90%. In addition, the consolidation enabled recurring savings of more than $13M, since January 1st, 2017.

The IAPQ Awards of Excellence highlight the successes of public administrations in Quebec and promote them. They foster best practices and recognize the work of the organizations and the people who have achieved high standards in this field. For more information, visit the IAPQ website.
