WorkSafeBC: Amendments to Occupational Health and Safety Regulation in effect August 22, 2022

New and revised regulatory requirements are now in effect related to refusing unsafe work.

Amendments to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Regulation came into effect on August 22, 2022. These amendments apply to sections 3.12 – 3.13, Refusal of Unsafe Work. A revised OHS guideline, G3.12, is also available with additional information and support.

Some additional non-substantive changes, including changed terminology, were made throughout the OHS Regulation.
