Share your feedback on the OWC/OEA NS
As a Nova Scotian worker, employer, safety leader or workplace safety system employee, we are reaching out today to ask for your perspective.
More than 10 years since the two offices began operations, and as part of its overall governance role in the Nova Scotia’s Workplace Safety and Insurance System, WCB Nova Scotia’s Board of Directors is conducting a review of the Office of the Worker Counsellor (OWC) and the Office of the Employer Advisor (OEA NS), collectively known as the Stakeholder Counsellor Program. Launched in 2008, and overseen by the Board of Directors, the program’s purpose is to provide education, system navigation support, and advice to workers and employers in Nova Scotia as they move through the system.
Along with other inputs from workers, employers and system partners, the WCB has partnered with Optimus SBR, a management consulting firm, to conduct a survey that will help inform review insights and recommendations.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary and confidential. Please take a few moments to complete the online survey today.
