“It is with great conviction that we are engaged in this process of certification in terms of parity. With this recognition, CNESST demonstrates that it is one of the organizations for which achieving equality between women and men is a fundamental value, and we are very proud to realize the will of the government in this regard,” says Manuelle.

It should be noted that women represent 70% of the CNESST workforce. In addition, CNESST has a representation rate of 57.3% for women in management.

“Equality is a fundamental value that guides our achievements on a daily basis and is at the heart of CNESST’s priorities. This recognition of our commitment to gender equality is very valuable to our organization, especially in the context of the Government of Quebec’s adoption of a gender equality strategy around 2021,” Manuelle concludes.
